Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 25 September 2026

ElevatEd Executive Collective LLC

Welcome to ElevatEd Executive Collective LLC (“E2 Collective,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, E2 Learning Academy, educational materials, webinars, courses, memberships, and other online offerings. By creating an account, purchasing an offering, or accessing our content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the offering.

1. Our offerings

E2 Collective provides professional education, leadership development, and related resources, including E2 Clinical Launch and specialty learning content. The description shown at checkout or in a signed agreement identifies what is included in a particular purchase. Consulting, organizational training, and other custom services may also be governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for those services.

2. Educational purpose and clinical responsibility

Our clinical content is for professional education. It does not provide patient-specific medical advice, establish a clinician–patient relationship, or replace your training, professional judgment, supervision, institutional policies, or current clinical guidance. You remain responsible for checking information against applicable standards and for all decisions concerning patient care. Do not submit identifiable patient information through course discussions, assignments, office hours, or other learning features.

Participation does not guarantee employment, credentialing, licensure, clinical competency, or a particular professional outcome. Continuing education credit is available only when an individual offering expressly states that it provides credit and specifies its requirements.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Access is for the registered learner unless an organizational agreement states otherwise. You may not share an account, resell access, or make course content available to others.

Access periods, live-session dates, recording availability, office-hour capacity, and any membership benefits will be stated on the applicable offer or checkout page. We may make reasonable scheduling or instructor changes and will communicate material changes to affected purchasers.

4. Prices, payments, and cancellations

Prices and payment terms are displayed before purchase. Applicable taxes or additional charges, if any, will be disclosed at checkout. The cancellation and refund policy displayed for a specific offering at the time of purchase applies to that purchase. If no separate policy is displayed, contact us at [email protected] before purchasing for the applicable terms.

If an offering renews automatically, its price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be disclosed before you enroll. You may cancel future renewals using the method provided with the offer or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future charges; access and any refund will follow the terms disclosed when you enrolled, subject to applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

Unless we expressly state otherwise, E2 Collective owns or licenses the content, slides, guides, recordings, frameworks, branding, and other materials we provide. Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, nontransferable right to use those materials for your own learning or, where expressly permitted, your internal organizational use. You may not copy, distribute, sell, post, record, or create products from our materials without written permission.

6. Participation and community conduct

You agree to participate respectfully and lawfully. We may remove content or restrict access if a participant harasses others, shares confidential information, infringes intellectual property rights, disrupts sessions, or otherwise violates these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

7. Third-party services and privacy

Our offerings may use third-party platforms for hosting, payment, video meetings, and communications. Their terms may also apply when you use those services. Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not upload patient records or other sensitive information unless we have expressly authorized a secure method for doing so.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep our offerings available and accurate, but technology, schedules, and professional guidance can change. We may update content or these Terms. The updated Terms will show a new effective date. Material changes affecting an existing purchase will be communicated to affected purchasers; they will not retroactively change the purchase terms without your agreement, except as required by law.

9. Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our offerings are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or a particular result. E2 Collective is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on educational content without appropriate independent clinical or professional review. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, subject to any applicable consumer protection law. Questions about these Terms, purchases, or access can be sent to:
