ABOUT THE FOUNDER

tiffanEy is a doctorally prepared nurse practitioner, educator, and healthcare leader who has spent years not only in clinical practice, but also building clinical education programs and advanced practice fellowships for large academic medical systems. She continues to practice clinically & remains adjunct faculty, helping prepare the next generation of healthcare professionals. She is passionate about safely growing & nurturing the healthcare workforce of the future.

She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Alabama, with an emphasis in leadership and program development; her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in nursing from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia; and a bachelor’s degree in education, with an emphasis in kinesiology, from Temple University.

After relocating from Tampa, Florida, to Charlotte, North Carolina, tiffanEy founded ElevatEd Executive Collective to bring transition to practice support directly to individual clinicians, health systems, and medical groups. Her work combines clinical experience, thoughtful education, and practical program design to help providers enter new roles and specialties with confidence.
